You can open a simple light conversation asking your child about the amidst outbreak. Use no harsh scary words when communicating this to your children.

The coronavirus is extremely fatal to humanity. We want no harm for our Children. Parents must clearly explain to their children why staying at home helps protect them from the amidst disease.

Parents must teach their children how to do hand washing and explain the benefits of this. Bear in mind that a regular body grooming and frequent hand hygiene are the primary protective measures to fight the disease.
Proper diet, balanced food intake, and an active lifestyle can help, and adhere to stress. A strong body and mind can cope with the anxious effects of the current situations.

We cannot always stick our children at home, they also need fresh air to breath, as parents, we need to explain how to do social distancing, mask-wearing if necessary and the use of decontamination like alcohol, sanitizers, or just a simple hand wash.
